Tabaak Grill Master Ltd . is committed to providing freshly made, quality food. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our policy below:

 

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only eligible under the following conditions:

  1. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received within 5 minutes of placing the order, before any food preparation has begun. Once the kitchen has started preparing the food, we cannot offer a refund.
  2. Missing or Incorrect Items: If an item is missing from your order or if you received an item you did not order, we will offer a full refund for the price of that specific item or will dispatch the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
  3. Quality or Safety Issues: If the food is deemed unfit for consumption (e.g., cold upon arrival, spoiled, or damaged) upon immediate inspection.

 

Refund Process

  1. Immediate Notification: You must contact us immediately (within 30 minutes of delivery) at +447469663058 or  Tgmgril786@gmail.com with details of the issue and your order number. We may require photographic evidence.
  2. Approval: Once your claim is received and inspected by management, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not offer a refund if the customer simply changes their mind or dislikes a taste preference that is consistent with the product description.
  • We cannot offer a refund if more than half of the food has been consumed.

 

Shipping Returns (N/A for Food)

As our products are perishable food items, they cannot be returned by mail. Do not attempt to mail your product to us. All issues must be reported immediately upon receipt.
